Santander Internship Scholarships in SMEs
University students in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Spain, UK, Portugal, Puerto Rico and Uruguay will be able to complement their training and take their first steps into the job market with one of these grants, which last for three or six months.
Ibero-American Grants for Degree Course Students
This program will grant up to 15,000 international mobility grants, each for 3,000 euros. The main aim of this programme is to contribute to the development of the´Ibero-American Centre of Knowledge´ through university student exchanges. Grants may be applied for by students from Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico and Uruguay.
Ibero-American Young Teachers' and Researchers' Grants
This programme will award a total of 3,000 grants with an endowment of €5,000 each. These grants cover academic visits of at least two months to one of the participating universities from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Puerto Rico and Uruguay. Scientists and academics who are preferably younger than 35 and hold a current employment contract during the period of validity of the grant may apply for this support.
Best Graduate Grants
Each year Best Graduate Grants are awarded under the plan to support higher education projects (PAES) (PAES) which the bank is rolling out in the country. These grants reward the academic excellence of the students of the Argentine universities with which the bank has a collaboration agreement.
Academic Merit Grants
Santander Universities rewards endeavour with the Academic Merit Award. The winners can award an economic support and a trip to Spain for the students with the best academic records.
Young Entrepreneurs Award
This programme fosters a culture of enterprise among university students and young professionals and its mission is to contribute to the country's economic development by nurturing viable business ideas and supporting university initiatives aimed at stimulating a spirit of enterprise.
