Santander Internship Scholarships in SMEs
University students in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Spain, UK, Portugal, Puerto Rico and Uruguay will be able to complement their training and take their first steps into the job market with one of these grants, which last for three or six months. Every year in Puerto Rico 260 U-Work internships grants are awarded with an outstanding academic and an investment of €1.5 million euros.

Ibero-American Grants for Degree Course Students
This program will grant up to 15,000 international mobility grants, each for 3,000 euros. The main aim of this programme is to contribute to the development of the´Ibero-American Centre of Knowledge´ through university student exchanges. Grants may be applied for by students from Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico and Uruguay. 

Ibero-American Young Teachers' and Researchers' Grants
This programme will award a total of 3,000 grants with an endowment of €5,000 each. These grants cover academic visits of at least two months to one of the participating universities from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Puerto Rico and Uruguay. Scientists and academics who are preferably younger than 35 and hold a current employment contract during the period of validity of the grant may apply for this support.

Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico scholarships
The Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico concede awards to undergraduate scholarships for academically gifted students with limited economic resources. The amount partly covers the course costs, and the university may cover the cost of these students joining the PEES programme.

InterAmerican University of Recinto Metro
These are scholarships for academically outstanding students with limited economic resources designed to help expand their academic and cultural vision.  The total amount of the programme is up to $10,000 a year to cover course fees for the selected students.
