Sebastian J Gunningham is an Argentine-American business executive. He is chairman of Santander Consumer Finance and vice-chairman of Openbank. He was the Co-CEO of WeWork until April 2020, a role he held since September 2019. Gunningham was also an SVP at Amazon from 2007 through 2018 and a member of the Amazon executive S-Team. Prior to Amazon, Gunningham had held executive positions as a VP at Apple and a SVP at Oracle, as well as the CEO of Peace Software. Gunningham graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Mathematical Sciences.
