Executive Chair of Banco Santander, Ana Botín, takes stock of the past decade as she celebrates 10 years at the helm, a time during which the bank has undergone vast cultural and technological transformation, while growing sustainably. In this period, Santander has added 60 million customers, multiplied profits by three and dividends to shareholders by six, whilst becoming a leader in financial inclusion reaching over 10 million people.
