The Graduate Program is designed to attract and develop young professionals with high potential, joining Santander to take on business challenges, contribute to real projects, and strengthen their professional growth from day one.

Over 12 months, the program provides a comprehensive development experience: involvement in strategic projects, access to training opportunities, personalized mentoring, and collaboration with leaders and teams across Santander.

Throughout the year, recruitment takes place in different strategic areas such as technology, finance, data, and more, offering participants the opportunity to join key teams that drive Santander’s growth.

It is designed for recent graduates and young professionals with up to two years of experience, eager to learn, add value, and grow within Santander at the start of their careers.

Where will it take place?

The program takes place in Santiago de Chile, across different Santander locations depending on the team each participant joins.
