The Santander Internship Program is designed for students who want to complete their internship in a meaningful, formative, and challenging environment.

Throughout the internship, students have the opportunity to join a real team, take part in projects that are relevant to the bank, and learn through hands-on experience with the guidance and support of professionals who accompany their journey.

Who is it for?

The program is aimed at students pursuing university or technical degrees.

Where will it take place?

The program is offered in Santiago de Chile or in other regions of the country, at one of Santander’s offices, depending on the area and team the student joins.

How to apply?

The application process begins in September 2025 with the posting of vacancies and concludes in December with the announcement of selected candidates. Applications are promoted through university career fairs and Santander Chile’s official channels.
