What you will do:

Data Analysis: Use advanced tools to identify market trends and evaluate the gaps.

Market Research: Conduct studies to better understand our customers and analyse competitor strategies.

Digital adoption: Participate in the development of digital tools and solutions, ensuring they improve our customer experience,

Project Management: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet established objectives.

Optimization: Analyse core processes and products performance and propose improvements to optimize the customer and employees experience.

Requirements:

Masters Degree: Engineering, finance, business, data, design, gaming, AI or related fields.

English Level: High (C1 or higher).
