Strengthen your skills and knowledge through this program where you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through different areas at Santander’s Payments business (PagoNxt). 

For a whole year you’ll be part of a development program, and you’ll get to know the critical areas of the business as you contribute with improvement proposals for our processes. 

During the program, you will have support and guidance to make sure you know the company, our products and strategies. Also, you will receive training that will help you develop your professional skills. 

Where it will be developed? 

This program takes place at our Brazilian offices at Sao Paulo and Porto Alegre. It is an annual program, and we are looking for recent graduates (no more than 1 year) that are looking to start their professional journey. 

The work scheme is hybrid, and you’ll have the chance to agree with your manager once you are part of our team. We have different areas for you to be part of, and the job opportunities will open accordingly to our strategic goals every year.
