Banco Santander's portal also offers courses, workshops, official government advice, updates and leisure alternatives for all.

Santiago, 20 April 2020.

After a full assessment, and in a bid to help people cope with the complex situation, Banco Santander Chile has devised an extensive plan to help all its customers.

The bank has announced the launch of "Esto lo superamos juntos", a space where any person or company, whether or not a Santander customer, can find resources to help them get through the coronavirus (covid-19) emergency.

The https://estolosuperamosjuntos.cl website boasts a library with books on art, free online courses and workshops. Users can also find out what financial support is available for companies and individuals and check the government's official information on the health emergency.

Content on the user-friendly platform is grouped into six sections: "Life at home", "Government information", “Santander and you", "Health and wellness", "How can we help" and "Near me". The site's search tool will quickly redirect users to the most relevant website for the service or information they require.

This initiative aims to provide users with all the information they might need to get through the covid-19 emergency in a single place. The platform is part of the bank's global aid programme, "Santander All.Together.Now", which offers users local resources in Chile, Spain, Mexico and Portugal. It will soon be rolled out to other countries in Europe and the Americas.
