Great Place to Work (GPTW) has revealed its annual ranking of  the best companies to work for in Chile. The consulting firm organised an award ceremony in which the 50 companies with the best working environment in this country were represented, divided into three categories: companies with fewer than 250 employees, between 250 and 1,000 employees, and over 1,000 employees.

In this year’s Great Place to Work in Chile ranking, Santander was once again chosen as one of the best companies to work for in Chile, achieving third place in the ranking of companies with more than 1,000 employees.

This recognition, which places Santander among the top five companies in the overall ranking for the second year running, was collected by María Eugenia de la Fuente, head of the People, Communications and Sustainability division, and Danilo Castañeda, head of Financial Management.

María Eugenia de la Fuente highlighted that “being named again as one of the best companies to work for in Chile shows that we’re on the right path. This acknowledgement is for the employees and their families, and for everyone who forms part of this company that we are building together every day.” The event could be followed live on the Great Place to Work website.
