      Madrid (Spain), Nov 10th, 2020 - PRESS RELEASE
      Banco Santander, S.A. will pay distributions for the 4.00% Non-Cumulative Guaranteed Series 6 Preferred Securities to holders of record as of November 22th, 2020 and such distribution will be paid on December 7th, 2020 as per the following details:

      14,000,000 25.00 cents ($ .25) USD 3,500,000.00

      As previously announced, the preferred Securities will be redeemed in full as of December 5th, 2020, with payment on December 7th, 2020 of the $25.00 nominal value per share to the holders of record on that date.
