Three innovative online courses are available:  Business Fundamentals, Early Career Readiness, and Managing Yourself.

Applications for the scholarship, which is open to residents from 13 countries, can be submitted until 7 September at www.becas-santander.com.

Banco Santander and Harvard Business Publishing have launched 5,000 Santander Skills Scholarships | Business for All - Harvard Business Publishing for developing key skills and abilities for the workplace through three courses focused on fundamentals of business, early career skills, and personal development.

The scholarships are available to residents of 13 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Peru, Spain, the UK, the United States and Uruguay), are fully online, and last for 9 weeks.

Applications for this scholarship can be submitted at this link until 7 September. The scholarship is open to all, so you do not need to have a university degree, be a customer of the bank or have advanced professional experience to apply. Participants can study the courses in Spanish, English, or Portuguese, and benefit from Harvard Business Publishing's world-class expertise.

The Santander Skills Scholarships | Business for All - Harvard Business Publishing give participants full access to the courses content and instruction. 

Participants can choose one of the three courses available: Business Fundamentals which provides foundational knowledge in core business areas such as finance and marketing, Early Career Readiness that includes critical professional skills such as goal setting, presentation, and teamwork skills, and Managing Yourself covering important skills like career management, decision-making, time management and influencing. 

The self-paced portions of the courses can be taken on demand and according to students’ preferred schedule. The courses also include access to virtual training sessions and practical exercises. Upon completing the course, the participant will receive a certificate of completion from Harvard Business Publishing and Santander.
