Katya Petelina, head of global Cross-Border and global Sales & Commercial Operations at Visa, said: “Our latest Visa Global Travel Study indicates that travelers are increasingly choosing where to travel based on passion, purpose, and experiences, not just geography. With Visa Destinations, we are helping travelers discover the moments that make a destination memorable, while giving our issuers and merchant partners a meaningful way to participate in the economic growth that travel creates.”

The partnership reflects Santander’s commitment to creating value for its customers beyond its banking activity. Through its global scale and long-standing relationship with Visa, Santander will help bring Visa Destinations to customers across markets where Santander offers Visa cards.
