Amazon.pl customers can now apply to finance their purchases with Openbank Pay by choosing either to pay within 30 days interest-free for amounts between PLN 75 and PLN 1,000 (approximately €18 to €236), or to spread payments into instalments from 3 to 60 months for purchases ranging from PLN 99 to PLN 12,500 (approximately €23 to €2,950).

Customers can use these financing options across most products available on Amazon.pl, including popular categories such as Electronics, PCs, Toys, Home Improvement and Kitchen. The financing options are not available for Amazon gift cards, grocery products, certain digital products such as music, videos, Kindle books, apps and game downloads, or for pre-order items and products that are currently out of stock.

The service is powered by Openbank Pay, Santander Group's digital consumer finance platform, and backed by Santander's trusted payment infrastructure, ensuring a seamless experience. Its launch in Poland marks another milestone in the collaboration with Amazon, building on successful launches in Germany, Austria and Spain and bringing flexible payment solutions to millions of customers across Europe.

Katarzyna Ciechanowska-Ciosk, Country Leader of Amazon.pl, said: “We're excited to bring another payment option to Amazon.pl customers. Research shows that Polish consumers are among the most strategic shoppers in Europe — they plan meticulously, compare rigorously, and value control over every purchase decision. By offering flexible financing solutions that integrate seamlessly into the checkout experience we're making financing feel native to how they already shop: deliberately and on their own terms. Whether it's paying within 30 days or splitting a purchase into instalments, this gives our customers more choice and convenience: exactly what smart, plan-driven shoppers expect. To provide our customers with an even better experience, we will keep improving our new payment methods with additional features in the upcoming months.”

Ramón Billordo, Chief Executive Officer of Openbank Pay, said: The extension of our agreement with Amazon further strengthens a key strategic collaboration that helps us bring flexible payment solutions to millions of customers. Expanding into Poland represents another important step in Openbank Pay’s international growth, supported by leading global partners and focused on delivering a simple, fast and fully integrated financing experience within the customer journey.”
