Francesco Cardi

Chief Strategy Officer, Onfido

Francesco Cardi currently serves as chief strategy officer at Onfido. He joined the company in 2015 as VP of product and operations and was instrumental in building the company's core identity verification capabilities and top-tier operations team.

Prior to Onfido, Francesco has held a variety of leadership roles in developing and deploying global infrastructure, financial, data and telecommunication products. He started his career as a consultant with Bain & Company.

Francesco holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Physics and a Masters in Nuclear Engineering. He is also fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
