Rebeca Minguela

Founder and CEO, Clarity

Rebeca is an entrepreneur, currently Founder & CEO of Clarity, a tech startup developing SaaS solutions to help investors optimize the social impact of their investment portfolios, and former Founder & CEO of Blink Booking, the award winning last minute hotel booking mobile app leader in Europe, with more than 800,000 downloads and 3,000 hotels, acquired by Groupon in 2013.

She has worked at large corporations leading digital and tech teams: at Santander Bank as Global Head of Digital Transformation and at Groupon (after Blink acquisition) as Senior Director of Product and Operations and General Manager, leading one of the top priorities of the company.

Rebeca has also experience as Sr Associate at Bain Capital Private Equity, management consultant at Boston Consulting Group and as engineer at German Aerospace Agency, Siemens and IBM. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, MSc in Telecommunication Engineering for Polytechnic University in Madrid and Stuttgart University (all of them with Distinction).

She is advisor at several startups, Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, and she and her ventures have been featured in top publications including Forbes, The Economist, Financial Times, The Sun, The Daily Mirror, El Pais, El Mundo, Il Sole 24 Ore, and many others.
