Equity Portfolio Manager, Wellington Management

Yolanda is an equity portfolio manager on Wellington Management’s Global Stewards team. Global Stewards is a concentrated ESG integration strategy that seeks to invest responsibly in high return companies with leading corporate stewardship over an extended time horizon.

Yolanda draws on research from Wellington management’s global industry analysts and our sustainability team. Yolanda is also Vice Chair of Wellington’s Investment Stewardship Committee and a Co-Chair of the EMEA Women’s Business Alliance at Wellington. Until recently, Yolanda was a Global Industry Analyst specialized in European and Latin American banks, responsible for managing research-based portfolios.

Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2006, Yolanda worked as a sell-side analyst for JPMorgan Chase in London as a Latin American and Eastern European banks analyst. Before that, she covered Latin American banks at both SG Cowen and Oppenheimer in New York. She also spent time early in her career working at the World Bank. Yolanda earned a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University and a BA from Tulane University. Yolanda is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.
