Sustainability report
The Sustainability report is a public document that systematically brings together Santander's criteria, commitments and activities in Corporate Social Responsibility in its three facets: economic-financial, social and environmental. This Annual Report focuses mainly on the Group's relation with its principal stakeholding groups: customers, shareholders, employees and suppliers. It also describes activities involving communities and other stakeholders in the countries in which the Group operates, especially universities. This report is aimed at those stakeholders, as well as other professionals - analysts, communications media, etc. - who, through their work, contribute to strengthening relations between the Group and the communities in which it works.
