Jóvem Aprendiz at Santander Brasil 

Santander Brazil's Young Apprentice program aims to attract diverse profiles and encourage the development of essential skills through continuous learning, promoting networking and interaction opportunities, aiming for career advancement at Santander.

The program can last 15 to 24 months, depending on the contract. During this period, all apprentices have access to a comprehensive training path with technical, behavioral, and transformational content to boost their development and best prepare them for the next step in their careers.

The top-performing apprentices receive recognition that aims to increase their visibility, expand career opportunities, and offer one hundred scholarships for undergraduate studies.

Where it will be developed? 

This program takes place at our Brazilian offices in Sao Paulo. We're looking for high school students or graduates, not yet enrolled in higher education, aged 16 to 22 for institutional positions and 18 to 22 for commercial positions.
