Euros from your salary is a solidarity drive to which employees in Spain donate part of their salary every month. The bank matches each donation during the year.
We hold the Euros from your salary awards every year. Our employees submit and vote on social projects that are supported financially by the Euros from your salary fund.
Since it began 15 years ago, this initiative has distributed €5.3 million to the 137 winning NGO projects in Spain and helped around 650,000 people. This year, almost €700,000 is set to be distributed.
These awards recognize the work of 12 NGOs in the categories of international cooperation, disability, social inclusion and health. They will all receive an economic contribution funded with donations from Santander’s own employees in Spain.
