Santander Bank Polska has been awarded first price for the best multichannel service quality in the Golden Banker Ranking 2022 organized by Bankier.pl and Puls Biznesu with the support of Minds & Roses and Obserwatorium.biz. That is the second time the bank has won first prize.

Since 2018, the bank has been among the top three banks in the main category of the Golden Banker ranking five times.
The main prize, the Golden Bank title, is a huge honour for us. An excellent and modern customer service is not only about products and services. The key is to carefully listen to our customers to understand their needs and be able to respond. Our approach won the first prize, which means we know the way to our customers’ hearts. I want to thank all of the bank’s employees who have worked very hard every day for this award. This is the fifth time we stand on the podium because we know perfectly well that quality requires consistence and setting the bar even higher.
This year the auditors surveyed approach to customer, ability to identify customer needs, offer presentation, and general customer service quality. They also analysed user experience in electronic banking and system accessibility. The survey covered around 750 banking branches, 560 calls and written forms of contact, and over 300 tasks in electronic banking.
Santander Bank Polska ranked second for the Konto Jakie Chcę account and mortgage loan in the ranking "Golden Banker 2022" organized by Bankier.pl and Puls Biznesuand third in the Card category for best design and credit card.
The Golden Banker ranking has been providing a reliable assessment of the quality of services in the banking sector for many years now, recognising the best market practice and products that are tailored to the customers’ needs.
