Through the Digital Girls Club, we seek to spark girls’ interest in technology and innovation. Every year, teams made up of the daughters and other female relatives of our employees take part in the Technovation Challenge, an international competition that teaches them to programme, design real solutions and work in teams.
Tech4Future
We promote digital training among young people in Ghana and provide the best talent with global opportunities. Through Tech4Future, we help them acquire technology-related skills and get jobs in Banco Santander’s tech development teams.
