We asked our employees to share homemade videos of special moments during their day. And we put them together to make ‘Santander in a day’, a documentary that captures the essence of our diverse, talented workforce across the globe.

The documentary starring Santander employees is now available. People from across the Group’s footprint recorded their daily life to tell a truly global story. 

‘Santander in a day’ gives us a glimpse into life at the office, at home, with family, and pursuing hobbies. It shows the bank’s human side through our employees’ daily comings and goings.

What’s more, the footage that makes up the documentary shows a diverse, global team that comprises people of different nations, ethnicities, ages, job roles and educational backgrounds, with contrasting concerns and pastimes. 

This initiative highlights how we are all part of One Santander, a united team with the same goal: to help millions of people and businesses prosper.
