This year has been a clear example of a desire to overcome and an ability to return to a normality that we missed. Despite global uncertainties, this time of year presents an opportunity to reflect and implement the lessons that we learnt as a result of the health crisis caused by the pandemic. One of those lessons is that nobody gets left behind.
