The Majorcan tennis star wanted to personally thank Banco Santander customers and employees for their efforts during the pandemic, and sign off on what has been a tough year. Like any other day, he caught them at their workplaces with a smile behind their masks.

After such a turbulent year, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring a message of hope at Christmas, and who better to do it than our ambassador Rafa Nadal. Riding a minibus emblazoned with Christmas messages, like a proper Santa Claus, he took to the streets to greet people, deliver traditional Christmas hampers to some of Santander's client companies and visit branches. It was a surprise they will never forget.
