Every graduate scheme is different, and the skills you need across each one will vary. That's why we’ve applied degree neutrality to our programmes, to attract graduates with different types of degrees and grades, as we're looking for skills found within many disciplines.
Whether you're rotating across different business areas or based in London or Milton Keynes, you'll work with expert team members who will inspire and support you to be your best.

Set to open in May 2023 it will become the centre of gravity for our business and help to make our new hybrid approach work for everyone. Unity Place has been built with sustainability and employee experience in mind and will be a place we can collaborate as a business It will give our people the opportunity to make use of state-of-the-art facilities and come together with their teams from across the UK.
All our graduate roles except for Corporate and Commercial Banking will be based in our brand-new exciting Milton Keynes office. Corporate and Commercial Banking have business centres across the UK and presence in our London office.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement which means you will have flexibility to work from the office and from home, however you will be expected to spend at least 40% of your time in the office.

Running two distinct paths within the division, Finance and Treasury, the aim is to prepare you to become a professionally qualified accountant or treasury specialist. On your way, you’ll discover the pivotal role finance / treasury plays in our business, as you build knowledge, skills, and relationships across every area of the company.
We'll support you to quickly develop the confidence, skills, and experience to maximise your potential, and each time you pass an exam, you’ll be eligible for a pay increase, so by the end of the programme you could be earning in up to £47,000.
