WE Initiate: Virtual Insight Session
Typically recommended for students aged between 14 – 17 years.
Ease yourself in with this virtual session introducing you to Santander and the world of work. The session is packed full of activities to help you prepare for the first steps of your career. You’ll learn more about interviews and assessment centers, take part in a CV workshop and have the opportunity to ask our current apprentices and graduates about their experiences.
WE Evolve: 1-week Virtual Placement
Typically recommended for students aged between 16 – 19 years.
Gain valuable work experience by spending a week as a member of the Santander team! You’ll have the opportunity to complete a project and present your findings, take part in a virtual assessment center and get to know all about Santander, our team and the opportunities we have to offer. You’ll spend time with our apprentices and graduates to explore what it’s really like to be on an apprenticeship or graduate programme.
