Social network LinkedIn, which drives professional relationships and employability, has published its “Top Companies” list, which features Santander among the best places to develop your career.

Santander is among the best companies to work for in Spain and Brazil, according to LinkedIn’s latest annual “Top Companies” list. This list, in its fifth year, commends companies’ work to support their employees.

Santander’s subsidiaries in Spain and Brazil feature on the in-country lists. In Spain, the bank is the highest ranked financial institution and has risen several places from last year.

Globally, Santander has a captivating employee value proposition that it is constantly building on to offer real opportunities to grow and harness potential, as well as innovative ways of working, inspiring projects, and a shared culture.

The bank runs several initiatives to attract and retain talent, sharpen its employees’ skills, and maximize their potential and growth.

The methodology to compile the #LinkedInTopCompanies list entails an assessment of workforce diversity, the opportunity to acquire new skills within the organization, the likelihood of promotion, and other aspects. LinkedIn looks at companies with over 5,000 employees globally and at least 500 domestically.
