To achieve that, we’ve created the new Global Data & AI function, which will enable us to scale our capabilities, collaborate better across the entire Group, and increase our impact quickly.

We base our Data & AI strategy on three key pillars:

  1. Transforming customer experience and our operations through artificial intelligence. 
  2. Making smarter decisions that draw on reliable data.
  3. Accelerating impact on the business through analytical models and tangible solutions.

We’re working on a global, secure and ethical ecosystem, with robust platforms and strategic partnerships with such leading enterprises as OpenAI, Microsoft, and Amazon. Moreover, we’re going to create global AI hubs, which we’re already delivering training on and organizing our people for; and we’ll continue to strengthen our ties with startups to scale up faster and better. 

But the real transformation isn’t just in the technology: it starts with us. Because AI empowers people. It opens the doors to a new way of working, making decisions, and creating value together. And when we combine data, technology and talented people, the sky’s the limit.
