Our goals for the private non-profit organisation, Fundación Universia, are broad and driven by the desire for social inclusion of people with disabilities through higher education and professional development in a society that respects and supports diversity.

These experiences revolve around its scholarships, internships and employment programmes in collaborative and inclusive environments designed to make Santander the benchmark bank for the qualified inclusion of people with talent and disability.

We promote attracting people with disabilities and high potential to develop their talent in an experimental way, contributing to a more active and inclusive society.

We want to be a benchmark organisation in the field of qualified employment, linked to the identification and development of diverse talent. We also aim to build collaborative networks capable of producing changes that generate social value in educational and productive responsible environments.

We promote access and accessibility. We research, inform and raise awareness about accessibility and inclusion measures for higher education institutions that take into account the needs of people with disabilities. We achieve inclusive and effective learning environments for everyone.

We are committed to equitable learning opportunities for people with disabilities. We invest in scholarships and training to ensure inclusion and equity in higher education through access by, and progress and international mobility of, people with disabilities.

And we also encourage employment and entrepreneurship of people with disabilities in the labour market and their development to achieve full and productive employment and decent jobs for all people with disabilities, as well as equal pay for work of equal value.
