1 - Online application

Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll review and check you meet the requirements for your chosen role. We want to make sure the skills and experience you can bring, match what the role requires.

We'll usually be in touch within a week of your initial application date to let you know if you are progressing through the journey with us or not.

2 - Online Scenario Gamification & Interview

For some of our roles, you will be invited to complete this stage. We embrace digital ways of recruitment and you will be invited to participate in some online games and complete some pre-recorded questions. The games look to assess a range of cognitive abilities and conscientiousness. They are designed to be a more engaging, fun way to showcase these abilities. The second part of this stage is your chance to stand out and for us to get to know you. It's a video interview (not as scary as it sounds) where you will be asked 4 to 5 questions.

You will have up to 7 days to complete this stage and you can pause and come back if needed. We will review your games scores and video interview based on the requirements for the role within 7 days and we may contact you if we have any questions regarding your application before progressing your application to the relevant stage.

If you’re successful we’ll make a verbal offer for the role which once accepted, you will be invited to go through our Fraud, Credit and Referencing checks. Once you have completed these checks, we will issue you your contract.

3 - Discussing your skills and the role in more detail

After your application has been reviewed, you’ll be invited to speak to a member of our Resourcing team to discuss the role in more detail and what you can bring to the team. This call will last approximately 20 minutes.

4 - Short-listing

If you are not invited to complete the above stage, your application will be submitted in a shortlist to the hiring manager to review. Having spoken with you, the Resourcing team will be able to discuss with the Hiring manager why you have made it to this stage and what you can bring to the role.

This stage can take up to four weeks and we will let you know if you will be invited to the next stage or not.

5 - Interview or Assessment Day

You will be sent an invite to attend an interview or an assessment day and within that invitation will be help and guidance as to what to expect. In some instances, this may be carried out virtually rather than in person. These will include some formal assessment of your skills and competencies as well as give you chance to ask questions about the role.

6 - Offer

If you’re successful we’ll make a verbal offer for the role which once accepted, you will be invited to go through our Fraud, Credit and Referencing checks. Once you have completed these checks, we will issue you your contract.

7 - Start Date

Depending on the role, your start date could be very soon. Whenever you join, we’ll be sure to give you everything to support you in having the best onboarding experience possible and have a great first day!
