At Santander, our 10-week Internship Programme is your chance to get hands-on, cross-functional experience (i.e. CCB, Risk or Finance) in a business that’s shaping the future of banking. You’ll take on real projects, learn from inspiring people, and see how your ideas can make an impact from day one.
Based in London or Milton Keynes (dependent on team location), you’ll work alongside talented teams, develop your professional skills, and connect with interns from across the globe. Whether you’re diving into data, exploring business strategy, or helping to design better customer experiences, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

- Predicted Bachelors degree and 112 UCAS points (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project)
- Be in your penultimate year of university
- Adaptability and proactive approach to work
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- Confidence to speak up with great ideas and embrace change.
