Warsaw, 16 March 2023.
Santander Bank Polska and Santander Foundation deliver many projects which can help our environment, boost talents and support education. You do not need to be a bank customer to join the programmes it offers. It is a vast offer: educational programmes offered by Santander Universidades, grants and scholarships of the Santander Foundation, and volunteering.

At the moment you can apply for funds under two flagship programmes of the Foundation. “Here I live, here I make eco-friendly changes” is aimed at improving your imminent surrounding.   It is about creating eco initiatives for the local communities, e.g. mini parks, revitalisation of green open spaces, rain gardens. It is important for the project to be delivered in a public space, and that the newly created or revitalized friendly place is intended for children and teenagers.

In this year's edition, the 20 best eco-friendly projects can obtain PLN 10,000.

“Bank of Young Sports Champions” grant programme is another grant programme. The grants are intended for children and youth development projects in the field of sport and sports education, with particular emphasis on fair-play in sport. Maximum grant is PLN 7k. Children and teenagers aged 5 to 26 can apply for the programme.

You can apply for both programmes by the end of March 2023. More information and eligibility criteria available from: www.fundacja.santander.pl
