Pursuant to the Basel III framework, as implemented in Europe via Directive 2013/36 and Regulation 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms, we present this Pillar III disclosures report with the market disclosure and reporting requirements set forth in section VIII of said Regulation.

The Pillar 3 report includes a set of disclosure requirements which are intended to provide analysts, investors, shareholders and other market agents with KPIs, capital and risk information to improve their ability of assessing the banks risk profile and capital adequacy. The timely publication of this information is considered as a booster of transparency within financial institutions and contributes to the adequate functioning of financial markets.

This section presents the information required on TLAC in accordance with articles 437a and 447 point (h) of Regulation 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms.
