Information concerning the segregation of the economic unit formed by the Methodology and Validation Departments of the Centre of Excellence of Banco Santander, S.A. in favour of Santander Analytics, S.L.

In compliance with the provisions of articles 32 and 29 of Law 3/2009, of April 3rd, on Structural Modifications of Companies, in relation with articles 71 and 73 of the aforementioned Law, the Shared Segregation Project of Banco Santander, S.A. in favour of Santander Analytics, S.L. (a new creation entity), approved by the board of directors on February 21, 2017, is included in this corporate website from 15 March 2017.
