Each of the 210,000 people who work at Santander all over the world adds something so the Group can meet its objectives. We put together Santander Week to remind ourselves of what we stand for as a company and reflect on the Santander Way, our strong and inclusive culture. 

For a few days each year, Grupo Santander celebrates what it means to be part of a leading enterprise with a unique, global corporate culture, the Santander Way. To inform our way of working and sharing in the Santander brand, we have five corporate behaviours that we call “T.E.A.M.S.” Each letter stands for a behaviour so they are easier to understand and memorize. Below are more details about each behaviour:

This week, Santander employees can enjoy many activities to celebrate our culture. At our corporate centre, the Santander Group City, we’re organizing T.E.A.M.S. Fest”, with music in a relaxed, fun-filled ambiance to get together and relish in our five corporate behaviours. 

Also, we’ll be visiting branches, running workshops on cyber security and healthy living, taking part in social causes, surveying employees, and doing talks to promote the Agile methodology.

Activities will be in-person and virtual. There’s something for everyone during Santander Week, no matter where, when or how you work. We’re ready to celebrate what makes us who we are!
