Pursuant to article 32 of Law 3/2009 of 3 April on Structural Changes in Mercantile Companies, the Common Draft Terms of Merger of Banco Santander, S.A. and Banco Popular Español, S.A.U., approved by the Boards of the respective companies on 23 April 2018, is included in this corporate Website from 24 April 2018.
