Pursuant to article 32 of Law 3/2009 of 3 April on Structural Changes in Mercantile Companies, the Common Draft Terms of Merger of Banco Santander, S.A. and Popular de Renting, S.A.U., approved by the Boards of the respective companies on 25.06.2018, is included in this corporate Website from 28.06.2018.
